Arabica Flores Manggarai

Flores Bean
Arabica
Manggarai Flores Coffee Farmers have distinctive characteristics, one of which is the coffee planting process. Manggarai coffee is usually grown by coffee farmers in people’s yards and not on centralized plantations. One of the coffee varieties, Juria, is characterized by its taste, which is a combination of caramel, chocolate and tobacco. Apart from that, Manggarai Juria coffee is also known to have a sweet and strong floral aroma with larger bean sizes.
The cultivation of this coffee is also more complicated because the beans selected are only truly ripe beans with a slightly black color. As for processing, it is recommended to avoid soil and dust because Juria coffee beans easily absorb odors. This coffee is mostly grown in the Ngada area, Flores. A region that has volcanic soil with a tropical climate with Australian weather. Therefore, the results of the coffee beans here are also very unique. Apart from that, Manggarai coffee planting also uses organic fertilizer and no pesticides.
With a unique climate, unique weather, and good planting methods, the results of Manggarai coffee beans are very unique and different from other types of coffee in Indonesia.
