Mount Kerinci is known as Mount Gadang. Kerinci Volcano is the highest mountain in Sumatra, the highest volcano in Indonesia. Mount Kerinci is located in Jambi Province which borders the province of West Sumatra.

Kerinci Coffee Plantations are spread across mountainous areas, specifically in Kayu Aro, West Kayu Aro, and Gunung Tujuh.

All of these plantations are located at an altitude of 900-1200 meters above sea level. If you look at the coffee plantation, it certainly has a low acidity level and not too much character.

Kerinci coffee is grown using traditional methods and gets a coffee stamp that applies a sustainability process. Apart from being friendly to the earth, the coffee production process also goes through a series of processes that are profitable for farmers.

According to the Q graders, Kerinci Coffee has a taste and character that is similar to a combination of 5 quality varieties in Indonesia consisting of Aceh Gayo, Sidikalang, P88, Andung Sari, and Sigarar Utang.

Kerinci coffee has a unique taste and character due to the process of planting together the five types of coffee in Indonesia which are of high quality. So it is not surprising that the character, taste and aroma are very unique.
